Great Theme and good food This is my favorite franchised restaurants. Its unfortunate that its not closer to NY. I love the theme and the food. Service is good.
Get ready to fleece your wallet here The food is good, nothing grand though. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS!! Even Disney and Great Adventure are cheaper! It is the atmosphere you go and pay for appararently. There is the signature "rain storm" that happens every 20 mins are so. There is also a gift shop located near the registers. The service is good. The only complaint I would have is if you sit up front YOU FREEZE if you sit near the HUGE globe you SWEAT! Climate control seems to be a problem with all the waterfalls. You have ... read more
Exciting and fun theme... But the "souvenirs" are poorly made. We bought a plastic kids waterbottle, and the straw broke after 2 uses (one of which was in the restaurant!). After multiple times on hold (not a toll-free call), I eventually got to speak to the appropriate person, even though I speficically asked for a retail manager just as the respresentative in Texas (toll free, customer service hotline) told me to do. We can "return" the items for replacements (a 55-mile one-way trip!). I was told I can come in whenever, ev... read more
