Our family LOVED it! It wasn't just dinner it was an experience! Thought the food was delicious, friendly staff and fun atmosphere.

Fast, funny, friendly, personable service, combined with a clean facility made for an amazing visit. Food was DELICIOUS!! Couldn't quite place the taste of the "Dynamite" sauce so the waiter went and asked the cook for the recipe. Very attentive servers with multiple teams working together on tables. It was apparent the staff really enjoyed working there and worked well together.
Totally disappointed! My family's first time, my sons birthday. The service was very slow. I told them we were there for my son's birthday, no Happy Birthday song or cupcake! The food is ay overpriced, a salad for $16!! Sorry, but we will not return. Took my son somewhere else for his dessert
They got rid of fajitas!!!! NOOOOOO!!!! Eason, it took too long to make, holding back customer turnover at the tables. Might just have to be my last visit to rainforest just on principle.
One of my favorite places to go to when im in downtown disney
I love the atmosphere of this place especially when a tropical storm rolls through. I never stray from the Breakfast of Bandits when eating before going into Disneyland. I doesn't hurt when a gorgeous waitress with a Jamaican accent waits on your table either.
My husband and I ate there last night for the first time. Not only was the environment amazing, so was the staff. Not to mention, I think that was the BEST burger I EVER had! I cant wait to take our kids back here!
I went there a while ago with a friend. We had lunch before heading into Disneyland. Even though we both ate different things, we both got food poisoning. It completely ruined our Disney trip. I DID email their corporate page at the time it happened. I also left a review on Yelp. I've never heard anything back from Rainforest cafe or the company that runs them. I'll never eat there again. And I'll tell everyone I talk to not to eat there as well.
