This builder is not trustworthy. They say one thing and do another. The management and owner do as they want and fail to communicate anything with the community and the changes with the development. Several of my neighbors and myself have been cheated out of the opportunity to purchase additional land when they decided to change the development. Crooks is the word I would use if they asked me for my opinion.
