JC was supposed to replace my faucet. Appointment was made through a home warranty company. He never showed up and didn’t bother to call. Unacceptable. Horrible customer service. Stay away!
Save your time and energy!!!! Please stay far away from this “business”. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. JC was was scheduled to come repair my faucet, failed to make the appointment and said he would call back and schedule. It’s been 4 days and he refuses to answer his phone or return a call or text.
Came to fix clog, and told us we need to cut hole in the floor. And to call when was done. So we did and call 3 weeks later he came and uncloged the drain said we needed a new line put in . He said he was going on vacation and would be back In 2 weeks. Well we still have hole in the floor 4 weeks later. He has never came back. . Will never use them again.
Installed new hot water heater same day. Called in early morning, and came out looked at , and installed new one. Very responsive and professional.
The rains plumbing and drain work truck pulled out in front of my small car while I was going straight on a green light (they had a red light turning right). I am an elderly lady and I was forced to slam on my brakes in the snow for this guy. Very rude to do this to an elderly woman. I should have hit his truck and sued the company.
