Lied about wait time. Make sure your staff is all on the same page and know what the actual service area looks like before you start giving out random wait times.
I called and was told the wait time for a tire patch would be 20 min. Showed up 10 min later and the lady told me quite rudely it was 1.5 hours wait time. Don't waste customers' time and be disrespectful on top of that.
Gonna check it out. Daughters car will need tires very soon.
