This agency is a fraud. Sends fake pictures for final inspections. Tells the customers if they have to discuss some issues and if the customer requests maintenance order etc. "I am not your slave." Disrespectful and not up to the Australian standards. Wondering how they keep their license. Caused us so much grief. Unspeakable.

Dealing with realestate transaction can be a stressful process but interaction with Mridu and her team has been a delight. She’s extremely proactive, approachable and friendly to work with.
