Visited this Nail Spa in June 2023 a couple of days later I had a horrible nail infection. I reached out to management (Jennie) who tried to convince me that my nail was damaged with a black dot prior to the visit, but I took pictures before and after my nail service. Totally dissatisfied with my quality of my nails and customer service.
