I made 3 appointments and arrived at the first appointment only to be refused service due to my inability to wear a mask (I also provided a doctor's note stating this) but I was still refused service. There was nothing on their website stating a mask was required nor was it mentioned when I spoke to her on the phone (twice). Had I known, I would not have made the appointments.
