We took time off work for a consultation and they did not show up. When it was 15 minutes past our appointment time we called the company and they said it would be another 15 minutes. After 40 minutes past the appointment time, we told them we'd have to cancel and reschedule since we couldn't continue to wait and had to return to work. No one ever reached out to reschedule.
