I was impressed with Catherine Nguyen. But my coverage amount from my insurance wasn't being submitted. When I finally spoke to the receptionist. She said my insurance didn't cover anything I needed. I therefore called again to my insurance and they gave me the amount of what was covered. Called got another dentist. Wonder If Catherine Nguyen is even aware of this going on in her office.

I recently had to switch dental offices and was going to use these folks, but they are only open 2 days a week, which happens to be the exact two days I work long shifts and am unavailable. Two days a week to offer services is pretty unprofessional
They are all relatively nice but if you ask the older receptionist for your file/copy of your dental insurance, she’ll fight with you until you give up. She’ll ask “Why do you need it?!” over and over again with an attitude almost to the point of yelling at you. Honestly, that’s basically my only issue with them but it’s highly frustrating. It makes me feel like they are hiding something or ripping me off when she is like that. BEWARE PREDATORY SALES TACTICS I thought I was walking into a respected medical professional's office, instead it was the sleazy used car dealership of dentistries. I needed a routine dental cleaning, and I was already somewhat upset that they would only schedule me for "exam only" without cleaning, further making me take time off work to come back for a cleaning.
