Don't trust these people with your hard earned money. My son is graduating from CalPoly on 6/13/20, and through Airbnb we booked a 3-night stay at a Rainbow Ventures managed home in Oceano. Knowing that all properties quickly sell-out during graduation weekend, we had this place reserved with deposit paid over one year in advance of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 310 Sandpiper in Oceano, CA. Our experience with Rainbow Ventures was first class! They are friendly and professional. The home was just as they promised.."steps from the beach". Our views of the ocean were spectacular from many of the rooms. My favorite room was the "sunroom" because of the breathtaking views of the ocean.
