Things have gone down hill since dr. Scott left. One of the MAs there seems like she hates her job. She doesnt acknowledge the kids at all. It makes it very uncomfortable. The new dr there also kind of put me off. I asked a question about my newborn and he literally pats me on the head and says "newborns can do whatever they want". I've had medications sent in wrong, referrals sent to specialists for a different patient but under my kids name, and weights entered in the chart wrong. By far the most attentive, respectful, and kind doctors I have ever met. I manage group homes for kids with special needs and they have been so great I moved every single kid over to them. From the receptionist, the medical assistants to the doctors, they are ALL very responsive and very sweet. Hands down the best pediatric clinic you could take your kids to.
It has saddened me since Dr. Scott has left this area than he is no longer the main provider here at Rainbow Valley. We have followed him to all his new practices and had been very happy with him. The current Dr that seems to be “filling in” as he puts it. He seems like he is doing this out of obligation and he’s not wanting to do it, he does not seem like he is very pediatric friendly. Best doctor we’ve ever been to! Listens to me and take action to help solve problems
i came 1 hr drive and they told me the appointment was at 10 am but they had called me to tell me…. it was move to 10:45 what a waste of my time…. THE RECEPTIONIST IS SO RUDE…. always w bad attitude… THE DOCTOR WAS GIVNG ME INSTRUCTIONS FOR A REFERENCE AND ONEOF THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD HIM TO SHH CUZ SHE WAS IN THE PHONE…. take it from there
