They sold us a BMW lemon..on top of that they financed it at a 16% interest rate thru Capital One. Be very careful when buying anything from these scam artists.
The WORST experience ever! First off I bought a used car with 20,000 miles on it, put 6,000 down had it for 6 months but it was in the shop for almost a month then got it back for a month then went back in the shop again. So long story short it was a lemon car. They switched me out for another used car never could tell me what happened to the money I put down so we can put that down on the other car they were switching out for. Absolutely love Rainbow Imports! I've bought 2 pre-owned vehicles with them in the last 4 years. The only reason I'm not driving my Honda still is bc of a wreck. I was treated shopping under a $15,000 price point the same as the man next to me buying a $60,000 vehicle. Roland in sales and Don in financing made something that could've been super stressful so easy! I love my Chevy Traverse just as much as my CRV - I will be back for my next vehicle purchase! They rock my socks off over there
