I bought an extended warranty from Rainbow when I bought a 2011 Mercedes E550 from them in 2014. I just had a covered repair done at the MB dealership in Omaha NE. Quoted priced was over $1500. The warranty was honored without question, covered my rental car and I was only out of pocket about $350 when all was said and done. Money well spent.

The sales representative that sold me my vehicle was amazing and great. I had no issues with him but I believe my finance persons name was don. And also the person who handled my paper work are the two I am extremely displeased with!! First most of the paper work was a rush I bought my car with a check and out right without financing it.
