I am happy with their quality product and service. After my roof almost ends of life (20~21 yrs old) installed by Rainbow, then the second time my roof singles installed by them again few years ago, I don’t see any problem. They are nice.
I had a terrible experience with this company. My roof was installed by them in approximately 2011 and leaked from the get go. I’ve been in this house since for 30 years and this is the third roof on the house. The other two never leaked. I notified them over the course of a couple years, inspectors were sent over always blaming my siding. One inspector told me the rain was hitting the vertical rise above my garage, working its way vertically uphill then across the sheathing and down to where I was seeing the leaks.
