Horrible business practices, not an honest company. Came in to mitigate damages on my home after I filed a homeowners claim. They showed up on 2/28/23, they came in and looked at the damages, told me they would be back likely the next day or two to set up and that they could then schedule repairs shortly after and get started. The fans and dehumidifiers didn't come for I think another week, then the repairs never started. I was told they had to schedule me out a week or two, then the delays just kept happening.
