We had the BEST experience with Rainbow International! We contacted Rainbow after an incredibly stressful, long, drawn-out experience with our builder. Rainbow had to basically start from scratch & undo the shotty attempt from another remediation company. The Rainbow staff took their time & came up with the proper plan. The care we received was professional, thorough and prompt. Sean, the project manager, was very thorough with his inspection and communication. Justin, the technician, was prompt, professional and very considerate of our home. No other contractor has ever been as tidy as Justin! I never had to clean up after them. Very impressed with the service and job well done. Feel very secure that our home is dry and mold free.
It all started with a back up of our sewer into our master bedroom, we didn't know where to start! A friend recommended we call Rainbow Internation to get them in to let us know what to do next. Pot of Gold at the end of Rainbow Restoration of our Condo. No one ever wants to deal with water damage and mold but unfortunately, that's exactly what my wife and I faced after the 2nd floor neighbors water decided to take up residence our ceiling, bathroom, laundryroom, walls and closet.
