While I understand they have a job to do just like everyone else I tried to explain to this employee I had never heard of the person they were looking for (and that they had the wrong vehicle to try to repo) he proceeded to jump on my husband's truck after telling them I didn't consent to having the VIN ran...only to have him state the address which was not my address and park his tow truck in my yard after being rude to me for no reason.
