I had a contract with Scott Vise and his "team" to manage a property in Hot Springs. Out of 12 months, they were late in forwarding rents 7 times and delivered one NSF check and have not paid the last three months. Ironically, rents were collected from each tenant on the 1st of the month without fail.

They don't want to return emails, nor give you any information, and to think I just bought a home from them just two years ago. Never again.
