Kept our $2000 deposit claiming we didn’t give sufficient notice even after telling my husband before we left that we were square. Also, the rent is far too high for 800sq in an old fourplex apartment.
If I could leave zero stars I would! George Brashears ran our credit( which wasn’t the best , as we told him) then proceeded to collect the $100 for the credit check and then denied us a week later. As he was denying us he proceeded to lecture us about our recent credit history making my girlfriend cry in the process. We let our cards slip to pay rent and groceries for our children. Thanks rainbow management.
Is there a way to leave 0 stars? We had to go back to our home state because of a family emergency, and spent hours cleaning, rented a rug steamer, wiped down the walls. Because of that, we were fine with him keeping our deposit because we did leave quickly without notice, We made sure it was cleaner than when he walked through to renew our lease for another year.
