Is it common practice to test a toilet by intentionally putting large amounts of toilet paper inside of it? The plumber from Rainbow Plumbing proceeded to use a whole roll of my personal toilet paper trying to intentionally cause a clog. He claim to have found no issues with the toilet. I question the reliability of this testing method and if it was necessary or even professional? My toilet was leaking at the base the same day he ran a massive amount of toilet paper in it. Jacob explained everything that he did on my plumbing, was very friendly and professional, and the staff on the phone was very helpful, friendly staff.
Called and scheduled an appointment to replace bathtub/shower faucet replacement. The service tech was courteous, on time, and did an excellent job. Very pleased with workmanship and professionalism. I will definitely call on them again!
