I will not be using Rainbow Plumbing again. The plumber came by on Friday and got the water to flow but it lasted 1 day before it clogged up again. It being the weekend and the extra cost of having plumber come to my house again was costly so I waited for the weekday. Called and let them know I did not receive or sign a receipt for my payment. Is it common practice to test a toilet by intentionally putting large amounts of toilet paper inside of it? The plumber from Rainbow Plumbing proceeded to use a whole roll of my personal toilet paper trying to intentionally cause a clog. He claim to have found no issues with the toilet. I question the reliability of this testing method and if it was necessary or even professional? My toilet was leaking at the base the same day he ran a massive amount of toilet paper in it.
