My son got referred to dr Sheikh almost two months ago, after many calls and leaving voice messages still hard to book an appointment. I don't know what kind of job receptionist doing...
Debbie the Dr. Assistant hangs out the phone when she refers to "I'm upset now" when I was trying to explain the reasons of my appointment and it was not clear for her. I only said to review some results from the hospital exams my son took a couple weeks ago and talk with the doctor about a medication. Very poor service. Sad that this office is for kids
Dr Shaikh has always been very good to my son...both of our sons are student athletes so Dr Shaikh's understanding of the unique challenges that go along with these boys has been super helpful. My rating is more so in regard to his receptionist Debbie. This woman is and always has been rude and careless with complete disregard for patients. Anytime I have to deal with her to book appointments or anything else I have had nothing but a horrible experience.
