Very impressed with our first visit. Got us right in. Its nice to have a doctor our neurologist recommends as being really easy to work with. Dr. Flick really understood the issues my daughter is dealing with and went out of his way to find a medication that covers multiple bases due to a new temporary issue. My daughter loved how sweet and patient he was.
I have never had an issue until today I called 4 times for test result which should have been in by Thursday. Friday I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt. Today Monday I called and called and called and I was told each time there were notes in the system for a doctor to call me yet I have not been called or given any information. The office is now closed and I am beyond frustrated with the lack of attention. Love the staff,the doctors,very efficient, and caring!
I've been with Rainbow Pediatrics for almost 3 years & with my son we visited many times early in his life.. I cannot say how polite & understanding the staff is. My personal favorite is Dr. Petrucci with how kind and gentle he's been with both of my children. I appreciate how he takes his time I don't feel rushed or as if I'm waisting his time like I've heard other people say about their Pediatric places. Everyone at Rainbow is great & if you're looking for a place of change or to start at, Rainbow is my recommendation!!

Great doctors. Staff...some of them are. But what I like is that they manage to accommodate you when your child needs to be seen.
