Since 2005, Rainbow Pediatrics has been providing superior pediatric care to the community. EXCELLENT DOCTOR. EXCELLENT CARE. This is a very clean, very beautifully decorated office. The waiting area is amazingly coordinated, but that is just the beginning of the creatively themed exam rooms. Dinosaurs, rocket ships, it is really great! Great Choice for your child's doctor! Rainbow Pediatrics is wonderful. They have always gone above and beyond in the care for my son. Dr. Esensoy is very gentle and the only doctor that can make my son relax during check ups. The nurses are excellent, they really care about the children. My only complaint is that they seem to be less organized now that there are two locations.
Your search for a dr is over!! I interviewed Dr. Esnosoy when I was pregnant and loved him! Ever since my daughter was born he has been in charge of her child. I really trust him and his staff. Very careful and makes sure to make your child comfortable. Bright and colorful themed rooms with the best staff. They have sick call hours which is great when you need to get your sick child to a dr in a hurry with an after hours nurse line which I have used many times! Would recommend to anyone!
Office is no good, but Dr's are great I was given the recommendation to this office, and I love the Dr's and nurses are wonderful with my daughter! They always are gentle and really good with her. My complaint with the Fayetteville office is one of the receptionist is TERRIBLY RUDE! For someone that works in a Peds office you think she would be more friendly. But my BIGGEST complaint is that their offices don't have a separate room for kids coming in there cause they are sick and kids who are there for well visits! Every tim... read more
LEAH IS THE BEST Rainbow pediatrics is the greatest pediatricians office in the world. The atmosphere is made for kids which makes them enjoy going to the doctor. My stepchildren wanted to go to the same doctor that my son was going to based solely on the band aids. I brought them by to meet Leah and they loved her. She takes her time, doesn't make me feel stupid, and is so SMART!!. She calls you at home to follow up and calms me down when I over exaggerate. Don't waste your time !!!! I know some people have had a positive experience here so I thought I would try it for my children. Big mistake. Don't waste your time. The doctors are good and the nurses are great, but the support staff is awful. There is one receptionist that is just horrible. She is by far the worst receptionist I have ever had to deal with in my life. And the office manager is a joke. If you even try to talk to her about a problem she is very unprofessional.
