I've been going to this place for the past 5 years because it is most convenient for me. I basically get the same colors over and over again because they never buy new shades or brands of polish. Last Sunday I went in for a fill, done by Rim. The following day, Monday, I cracked a nail. I went back Friday to get that 1 nail repair. I arrived at 3:45 pm. I had my gel nail take off today. The person doing the job was a bit harsh on taking off the gel nails causing damage to my nail. I always go there and get my nail done with David or Rim. Today my experience was really frustrating. My nail got damaged. I will never come back here.

I went there On Saturday 1 March 2025 to get my pedicure and manicure I was very disappointed with my pedicure because the lady did not understand what I wanted for my toes and did not do any cuticle cleaning or cuticle oils. It’s been three days and my nails look like they have been on for two weeks Luckily, my manicure came out great Even though they gave me Square oval nails, instead of square nails, like I had asked

Horrible. Gel mani only lasted a week.
