Full service salon – Rainbow nails ihas full service -nails, waxing, pedicures Very competent and willing to accommodate special requests. They are always upgrading equipment and stations and services. I highly recommend them
Excellent Nail Salon – I have been going to Rainbow nails for almost 8 months and I think they are great. It is a very clean salon and the focus on customer satisfaction is very high. I have had nails, pedicures and waxing done there. All these services were done well and the prices are very good. Recently they got all new pedicure charis and nail stations. I highly recommend you give them a try.
Rainbow Nails is the place to go!!!!!! – Living in Portland for only three years. I tried several nail salons until I found Rainbow Nails. Nicole is a sweetheart and she does a great job. My nails always look awesome and everyone there is eager to please the client. Nicole also makes sure that the language barriers are not a problem. And in a town with so many nationalities it is hearting to see someone try so hard. I will always be a fan and will always highly recomend Nicole and all of her staff at Rainbow Nails.
Great nails at great prices! – Nicole has been the only person to do my nails and she has been for over 6 years. I receive compliments on my nails all the time. The pedicures are awesome too! I have a hard time staying awake the entire time I'm there. If you ever have a problem with your nails, please let Nicole know because she loves her customers and wants them to leave happy. I love her and she has a wonderful set of people working for her. I am so happy that her shop is so close to where I live!
One of the Worst Places I've Been To – After several years, with my nail person, it was time to move on. I had been by this place many times and finally decided to give them a try. The first thing that happened is they snapped one of my nails in half, as they did not understand what I wanted. It was stated many times, how I wanted my nails shaped. This is the ownwer's comments. First, my bussiness never has 20% off. It is 10% off for new customers. If you stayed with your previous Nail person for several years, why did you give up? If you did not like the first time, why did you come back? I think this is a bad review coming from someone from different Nail Salons who is jealous about my nail salon.
Just what I was looking for – After my nails were ruined by another salon, I found Rainbow Nails. Nicole is very professional and after 3 trips I have my pretty nails back !!! The ambience is wonderful ! Soothing music, attentive staff and great attention to detail. I have always felt welcomed - even the first time when I walked in with no appointment and I never feel as though I'm being rushed out the door. Have recommended this salon to all my co-workers!! Just the right place – After going to many different nail salons and being turned down by them for having to small of nails and too thin of nails I came to Rainbow Nails. I was surprised with how kind and sweet Nichole was to me and told me that she could do the. Nichole was great at being careful with my nails and very understanding. What I asked for.... – I'm pretty specific about what I want when I get my nails done. I came to Rainbow Nails after another salon failed me. Nicole has been excellent at hearing what I've asked for. I do alot of activities that hurt me if my nails are too long. She's been great at getting a length I can garden and sew with! I'm a professional who can't wear showy nail colors, and even a french manicure draws too much attention for me. Not my kinda place – I was looking for a new nail salon after waiting way too long for a time certain appointment at my last salon. After reading the good reviews of rainbow nails, I gave them a try. During my first appointment, the manager got into an argument with the tech assigned to me. After an angry exchange in Vietnamese, the fight switched to English and the manager involved me and her own customer.
