Nasty is all I can say about this hotel. I asked for 3 nights and they charged me $500 for one night in a room with a broken fridge, no ac and the room stunk like mold, curtains hanging off the window, and I wouldn't be surprised if they have bed bugs. My advise stay clear of this place.
Wish I could leave negative rating because this place is absolutely horrible. Go to check in and there is actual gross rotting fruit in the check in area. They keep guest information in NOTE BOOK?! We went to our room and it was gross and dingy dust everywhere. The sheets look like they are from the 1980s and most likely haven’t been washed since then. If you looking for a decent stay.. Rainbow Inn is in a great location. It has an outdoor pool and hot tub. Its not fancy, but its pruced right, fair. The hosts are very accommodating. I personally love Rainbow Inn, never had a problem. It does the job of a ressonably priced accommodation. The beds are comfy.
This was such a ripoff because we got room 48 and there was a lot of people’s stuff in it also we go a different room and it only has a couple channels on the tv so it’s not entertaining at all for children also while checking in the check in spot was very dirty with food everywhere,dirty plates and even and empty can.0 stars absolutely disgusting.
Room was not very clean. Found crawling insects in the bed along with long dark strands of hair. Trash on bottom shelf of the end table. Tub had gressy areas on the sides. I took pictures and a video if the bugs in the bed. I then went to office and explained to one of the male staff what was going on. Showed him pictures and the video of the onw of the insects.
