Rainbow Mitsubishi North was wonderful to deal with! John Carter and Chad made this process extremely easy. I found the car on the internet, requested information, and they followed up immediately! They were both kind and informative and not pushy whatsoever. The buying process was quick and straightforward! We came in from New Orleans and were in and out in an hour and a half and thatâs only bc we chose to look around to make sure we didnât see anything else. Highly recommend them and their cars are beautiful!!

I flew from SC to LA to rainbow luxury imports to purchase a car. I put a 500 deposit for them to hold the car. My salesman I had been working with (Chad) said they could not pick me up from the airport. So we rented a car to drive 40 mins to be picked up at a local rental car drop off location. The car was filthy. As if it had not been cleaned. My salesmen then (AJ) made excuses saying their detailing guy sucks and he does not know how to clean cars. The dealer was very helpful. He sent me all the info that I needed & asked for that day. Filled out the credit app online & was preapproved. Went in the next day & Jack had the car ready to test drive. 2 hrs later I was on my way home in the car. That was the fastest & easiest car buy that I have ever experienced.
