I cannot say enough good things about Rainbow. Despite being "neurospicy" for decades, I had never seen a devoted psychiatric specialist before - I am SO glad I did. Harmony is fabulous. They were recommended to me by a friend (who improved GREATLY after working with Harmony). An honest review as a former patient, this practice should be avoided. The woman at the front desk is argumentative, defensive/hostile and rude. They have been extremely passive aggressive while being a patient. extremely unprofessional to bark and bite at someone you’re trying to help. Besides that the psychiatrists are dry as plasterboard, emotionless and hard to work with. Wasting my time and money, forgetting to prescribe medications leading to harm because of missed medication. They started off well. But the psychiatrist that my child was seeing was ONLY available on Mondays it became a concern and we asked to move my child to another person within the practice. On the last appointment my child had with the Monday person , that person refused him service stating you’ll see such and such soon. I called to voice my concern and nothing so I texted and let them know my concern and asked to speak to the owner which I was denied. The office is very responsive and helpful! Dr.Rich is thorough and listens well to what I need. I feel heard and very well taken care of at this practice!
