I've been here for over an hour now, still haven't seen the Dr. and some 18 year old kid is trying to sell me chest x-ray and other crap on top of my insurance copay. This place is a horrible example of what is wrong about the medical industry today.
this place one rainbow had the worst person working there. youslady had now twice not sent over my husband's medication to the pharmacy. the staff hands up on you when you call them out on their lies even with offering to send proof from the pharmacy. they haven't even answered the pharmacy calls for 3 weeks with trying to get this medication for my husband. do not let them make you see this care person. Recommendedfriendly staff good doctor
My appointment was at 11:45 am there was two people there when I walked into Ik 1 hour for them to call me to a room then another hour went by I still have not ben seen trying to tell me there’s still one more person in front of me I walked out. It was for blood results REALLY two hours! ��
The absolute WORST place I have ever been!! The staff is rude, incompetent, and has no medical knowledge!! Idk how they were hired in the first place. Maricela is apparently very unhappy w Her job and it shows!! She’s arrogant, snippy and fast to cut You off in the middle of speaking to try to explain things she has NO KNOWLEDGE OF!! Do NOT choose this as Your office.
I think her name is Caroline she is from phiililippines , and her assistant was also awesome and the front desk was also excellent .Caroline is a APRN she is good and concern the health of her patients. It was worth of waiting .
Everytime I go it's 2.5 to 4.5 hrs. This is just the wait time then they accept walking patients. Don't understand that & why make appointments if your not going to take your patients in at that time. "BUT GOD FORBID IF YOU WALK IN 10 TO 15 MIN LATE", they have you RESCHEDULE, RESCHEDULE, straight up BULLSHIT. THEN BLOOD WORK, LIKE IN TRAINING STILL. THEY DON'T WORN UP THEN STAB (not say anything) AND THEN OH YOUR VEIN MOVED. THREE STABS LATER THEN A BRUISED BLEEDING HAND. I'M LIKE SEND ME TO PROFESSIONALS THAT CAN DO THIS. ... read more
