The day of HELL. Horrible evil staff. Lied about not having a wheelchair for my husband when they had 2. Never got seen. Went home never to return.
3115 eastern is the worst place to go. I hated every visit. Thanks for the bs staff and doctor. It's a waste of time. You're rushed to hurry up and spit out whatever is wrong. Staff will make you wait. Referrals take weeks to process. Save the headache, go somehwere else.

The office located at 3115 S Easter Ave Las Vegas, NV 89169 The Medical Assistant at the front window. Jennifer she has NOT a good customer service skills. She is prepotent and has NOT any kind of sense what a good service is. She is the first and the last person that you have to deal with. She is the Manager, Medical Assistant, etc, etc.
This place is horrible with doctor appointments. You make an appointment and get seen like an hour later. Then staff is goofing around dropping F-bombs and other bad language in their jokes. Not even remotely trying to keep their voice down and I have my 2 year old. Just not very organized
very poor medical service. been here twice and feel 10 times worse.
