Kids were out of school today and so I took the kids to do some bowling. Had a coupon emailed to me and that’s one of the reasons we decided to go. Go to check in and show them my coupon and they can not accept because I did not print. Keep in mind we were the only family there and no one else was in sight. They were unable to honor the coupon because I did not print. Manager has no authority to make an executive decision on a case like this. if you have your own bowling ball do not take it here it will get damaged not a bad place to take kids
