This morning was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so professional and friendly. My sons asthma tried to flare up . RAINBOW KIDS PEDIATRIC made us feel comfortable and him feel better. Thank you. This was our first vist. (Mommy I will be ready for my check up soon)
Dr. Faison is very professional and courteous. She is so great with our young daughter and we adore the staff and their attention to detail. Honestly the best Pediatric office in Wake Forest!
I love Dr. Faison and her staff. They take exceptional care of my daughter and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her needs are met. You won't find a better pediatric office in my opinion.
I'm not sure what I will do with out Dr. Faison and nurse Mary. They are so patient with me and my children. They treat my children as if they were their own. I feel so comfortable calling them for all of my children's health care needs and for that I'm forever grateful!!
I love bringing my little one to this practice. We love the warm and friendly staff and Dr. Faison is wonderful!!! She takes up time with her patients, you do not feel rushed and you leave feeling assured with the care our little one received!!!

The visit at rainbow kids pediatric was great. The staff is very friendly and makes sure that you are informed about everything that is going on during your visit.
What I love so much is that the staff genuinely cares and goes above and beyond standard healthcare expectations to care for their patients. Dr. Faison is thorough in her care and will be sure that the parents and patients are fully cared for with all of their needs met before leaving her office.
My husband called earlier in the week to see if flu mist was available. He was told that it was and asked if he could make an appt for the mist. We get to the appt and are told by the staff that they don't hold the mist for appts because they never know who will come in and want it. And, by the way, we only have one. Had we been informed of this on the phone, we would've made other arrangements. I'm sure that the medical care is good but the front desk doesn't seem to know what's going on.
