After nearly 2 years we finally had enough & found someone else. Dr. Battula refuses to hire any staff & operates her practice completely alone. Many times we have needed prescription refills & been met with a full voicemail box for days. When you go into her office it's a mess of papers spread out everywhere with patient info visible to anyone. She often pushes for medication increases or new prescriptions with very little explanation. She demands fees for appointment rescheduling despite being unreachable most of the time.... read more

I’m not sure what those 1star reviews are either. She is very thorough. Knowledgeable and caring. She is a psychiatrist not a pediatrician. She has been evaluating for longer than half the people commenting’s ages. I highly recommend her. She has listened to my concerns and asked alot of questions . Eval wasn’t an hr n didn’t need to be. I have done my own research as parents should and got other evals to make sure what was said fit our situation to get us to better. Thank you for all you do Dr. Batula.

The doctor did a quick 30 min evaluation on my child and diagnosed him with ADHD. She was quick to put him on Ritalin even though I requested another option. I requested my son’s eval form and she won’t send to me or the school after asking for it 5 times…very unprofessional and I will not be returning with my child.
