Great team and Company. Highly recommend
If you use this company be sure to be there. We are out of state and our home had major water damage,this company was there less than 3 hours, vacuum up what was easy to get to, told insurance job was completed and were paid full amount of the job, what a nightmare, we finally was able to get insurance to repay to get it done right!!@
Rainbow International is the best! Their work was excellent and their customer service was phenomenal. I rarely write reviews, but wanted to add this one because they definitely went above and beyond. They were incredibly patient while we worked with my insurance company and their communications were always professional and timely! They saved my basement! I will definitely be passing their information on to anyone I know who is dealing with water mitigation!
Great customer service. He arrived on time and our carpet looks 100% better. We had one really bad spot at the bottom of the stairs and he completely cleaned up that spot. Definitely recommend.
