Great company. Very responsive
I called them Tuesday morning around 8:30. Our heat pump wouldn't shut off and was making horrible sounds. The lady said a tech would be out that day. She called right back and said to put my thermostat on emergency heat. I did. It's now Friday at 5:40 pm and no one's came or called. I left a message on their answering machine at 1:30 today and no response. They as reputable apparently as Air Comfort Solutions. You call... we never come.
They are amazing!! Came out same day as called within a couple hours and fixed the problem!! I would HIGHLY recommend them and will DEF be using them from here out! Thank you Carrie & Danny from Rainbow for taking such great care of us..
Needed an a/c guy Sunday. I remembered you helped out with Project Graduation, so we called. I can't say enough about the prompt response we received and the gentleman was here within an hour. Took care of our problem and got us up and running. Thank you for great and prompt service.
I would recommend Rainbow Heating & Air, Inc. to everyone, and I have. They are reasonable in their charges, quick to respond and very courteous! Danby Moore is the best and employs the best!
Your drivers need to be screened better, endangering children, cussing and throwing fits. Shame on owner for not knowing what's going on in his company trucks or not caring.
Our heat exchanger needed to be replaced. John did a great job at a fair price. Very happy. Except now every winter the heat shuts off and I have had them back out because the heater shuts off and I have to plug and unplug the unit. Very disappointed that heat exchanger was $500 to $600 and I'm had nothing but problems since.
