I was there for a year. And I had no choice but to lease a unit, that was my fault.. but the manager at the time knew my situation, so they'd ask me for a application fee , which I didn't have a problem with, but then she said with that there's a holding fee of over 200 . Non refundable.. like I said I had no choice.. my fault. Plus the security deposit +1000 , plus key & and garage deposit and cleaning fee , 1350 .
