I try to keep it real, the very great family (and friends?) Are very considerate and honestly just expect people to act like adults and take care of themselves, as they take care of their property. Now, just the basics, no frills, except for the refrigerator, microwave, tv and wifi. The only downside is no clothes washer or dryer for customers. Very clean and tidy. Close to convenience store. Weekly price is a little high for my salary.
