Overly priced for the bare minimum that supposed to come with the apartment (ex pool club house etc). A lot of maintenance issues some get fixed faster than others and pest issues.
Who ever they have working in the office lacks compassion. No emotional intelligence. I inquired about a listing. The man who answered said they’ll deny because of credit. Mind you he just let me know I could go through some type of guarantor and then he hung the phone in my face instead of actually connecting me to whatever insurance agent.
