Who ever they have working in the office lacks compassion. No emotional intelligence. I inquired about a listing. The man who answered said they’ll deny because of credit. Mind you he just let me know I could go through some type of guarantor and then he hung the phone in my face instead of actually connecting me to whatever insurance agent. Honestly it's overpriced now. Your lease will say one thing but once they add everything together it's more and it's different prices every month. One month it was 1600 another it was 1500, another it was 1300 another it's 1400. Mrs./Ms. Kathy was the manager there and she made it the best experience. She is no longer there. Lived there for 2 yrs and some months. My apartment itself was pretty nice.
