Honestly it's overpriced now. Your lease will say one thing but once they add everything together it's more and it's different prices every month. One month it was 1600 another it was 1500, another it was 1300 another it's 1400. Mrs./Ms. Kathy was the manager there and she made it the best experience. She is no longer there. They just started accepting section 8 and since then the neighborhood has gone down. They don’t clean the neighborhood anymore. Stray animals everywhere. The pool hasn’t been open ever. No gym, no car wash, and the gates are never working. I appreciate your response but honestly, lets be honest, I called the corporate office in California and the person who answered had the nerve to state that them accepting section 8 was a housing requirement in the state of Ga, which is a flat out lie.
