Do the research! Wish I did! Valentine arrangement arrived at wife s work with broken and missing petals, one flower close to dying, and the balloon was not even inflated. Terrible! So far no response from RF after mailing a letter including photos of the damage. No response from Teleflora either who I ordered through. Do a search, complaints about Teleflora are through the roof! I should have checked earlier.
Worst Flower Shop in Town I received flowers via internet. Paid $60. and was not worth $15. The owner was extremely rude. She yelled at me and insulted me at the same time. Her website states that she gurantees her flowers if reported within ten days. I went to her shop the next day and told her that I may have received the wrong order. Never would recommend! Company couldn't deliver to the specific area(no biggie) but would not credit my card unless I gave my credit card number.
DO NOT ORDER FLOWER HERE. NOT RELIABLE Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order or buy flowers from this place. My cousin was having a grand opening so i called them to order some flowers for deliever. I specifically ask the lady over the phone if they can have the flower ship by 5p.m. today and the lady assures me. Wedding FLowers I have been recommended to Rainbow Flowers from more than one person. They actually did my sisters wedding and the flowers turned out beautiful. Well now that I am getting married I have decided to go through them. I told her what my budget is and she worked with me.
