After we were "adopted" by the neighborhood cat, we decided to do the humane thing and set up an appointment for her at the clinic to have her shots and a little surgery performed. Domino took to the vet nicely I am guessing since when I picked her up in the afternoon, the building was still standing. You see we had GREAT trouble getting her into the cat carrier and Lord only help the one that had to get her out. Now she is home and doing great adapting to her "new" self and in the process of becoming a loved house cat! We w... read more

These caring folks understand our pets are truly part of our family. When we lost one of our babies, they were so very kind. And when we welcomed new babies, they were so excited for us. I also like the email/ text reminders of our appointments, plus they follow up after a few days to make sure all is well (and Dr Wagner even sent us a handwritten note).

Once again I have been charged for stuff my dog did not need. They sneak in prescriptions, $50 worth, which may ‘help’ when I told Dr Stevens she did not have that problem. On a fixed income and there goes my groceries! Not the first time. Of course, they won’t take them back even though I haven’t opened them up.

In our 30 years in business we have never refused to take back an unopened item including food. We strive for 100% customer service in all that we do. All you need to do is bring the item back to the clinic and have a conversation with us and give us an opportunity to make this right.
