They were reluctant to fix a hernia my cat had, they mutilated my cats' feet without cause or warning, they refused to fully examine my dad's dog after it had been attacked by stray dogs and it ended up bleeding to death due to lack of medical care, and they have been sending me annoying postcard "reminders" for over six months despite the fact I told them that we would NOT be using their "services" again and to stop contacting us. Here's a reminder: don't keep harassing people when you've been told to stop.

Excellent staff, excellent Doctors. They were able to see two of my dogs even during this pandemic and were very accommodating and still friendly! Doctor was excellent and provided excellent care. Staff is friendly both on phone and in person even during these difficult times. 💯 will recommend to everyone.

Dr. Drummond and the staff are very understanding, and really try to help you get the best results for your fur babies. Dr. Drummond was unbelievably empathetic when we had to say goodbye to our Marilyn and that really helped me to be able to stay with her as long as I needed to say goodbye. Forever indebted to the staff for their kindness!
I took my cat, Nyla because she wasn’t feeling well and ultimately had to euthanize her. It was hard...to say the least, but Rainbow City Pet Clinic was awesome and made it a little easier with their caring nature and for that I will ALWAYS be thankful.
We had a emergency and they were wonderful and patient with our dog as well as us. Gave us all of our options with ease. Best part was their prices are so fair; in fact our bill came in below our estimate. 😇🙏🏻🐾
I have to say y’all are the best with the most amazing staff! We had so many problems out Of the Gadsden Animal Clinic.. we brought our baby to y’all scared to death she was sick and y’all took care of her at the last minute when y’all didn’t have to. And to top it all off I received an e-mail from Lynn, her asking how our baby was doing and if she was well now and I’ll tell you that warmed my heart so much!!! We have found our babies forever Clinic . 5 STAR RATING on Staff , service , EVERYTHING😍😍😍😍💙💙💙💙
i love this place i will not go anywhere else. I love the people there they are just so sweet an nice an they take really good care of my pets an they work with you to make sure your babies are well took care of.
