Honestly, the team at Rainbow ABA feels like part of the family now. They care, they’re patient, and they know how to connect with kids in the best way. We’ve seen real progress and it makes such a difference.
Outstanding office! Can’t say enough great things about this place and the staff overall. Giselle was very attentive and understanding of my needs towards my child and more than willing to help me out with my insurance questions. I am grateful to her and the staff for taking the time to help me through this process of getting my child the help that he needs. Great office and staff! Definitely recommend!!
Unprofessional, first person who answered was confused and put me on hold; then Giselle got on the phone. I asked if she make sure my sons insurance is active, right away Rude!
