Wow, we were impressed!. Been in area for 6 years and finally got around to trying the Rainbow. Prices comparable to Meyer's but portions are larger (had to take some home) Homemade corned beef and homemade hashbrowns were deeelicious!
A New Berlin staple. The quintessential American diner, you'll feel not much has changed in 30 years at this place, but it works for them. Beware: they have a credit card machine, but I guess it's not hooked up because they only take cash or check. With no ATM on sight, I always thought that was such a poor business decision. But you go here for the fried breakfast, not the filet mignon.
Great food and comfortable atmosphere.
