I agree with anyone who says Dave doesn't finish the jobs he starts. He also likes to what he wants instead of what you've asked for.
Dave is a friendly person, but he doesn't finish the job. We would NOT recommend him for a project as he will not get it done for you. Unfortunately, my husband paid the bill before everything was completed and now we're stuck with a partially completed job.
