I hate to give bad reviews, but this place deserves it. A man, I assume the owner, did my nails. He used a tool and completely stripped my natural nails down to nothing to the point they were hurting. I wanted to try the dipped nails because I heard it was healthier for your nails than doing gels…but weeks after my salon visit my nails are left thin and brittle and actually hurt. Rain of Rain Nail Salon is no longer here. She was my main technician. The quality has gone down now. What's the point?
First time trying Gel X and at this salon. James did wonderful. We had an awesome experience. Great customer service, timely full set, and good prices. Highly recommend!
Has gone downhill in service, quality, and cleanliness in the last year. It is now quantity over quality. Was once a fantastic place....no longer.
