Beautiful building with very nice people. The administrator and move in director are helpful and knowledgeable. Good place for seniors with a lot of needs
Scott Brannon recently helped move my mother to Rain Forest Landing from another assisted living facility in town who could not meet her needs. He went above and beyond to ensure an easy transition for her. The staff and residents welcomed her and made her feel right at home. The staff really seem to care about the residents.
Excellent memory care!! Beautiful facility
My dad was here for 8 days in memory care and he managed to escape. Staff is not properly trained with how to deal with dementia patients and redirecting them. Him escaping shouldn’t have happened and they shouldn’t have let it get that far. Rainforest Landing needs to train their staff better in order to stop this from happening again. Especially when they get paid so much to take care of our loved ones. This was supposed to be a secure facility with properly trained staff working in the memory care. I do not recommend.
Such a family oriented corporation!
