I’m a new client of rain city maids and I have had a great experience. They are easy to work with, kind and professional. My apartment looks really nice and I felt no stress. We have been using Rain City Maids for about half a year now and have been so delighted in the experience. Our home is relatively clean and it's so nice to have support to help keep it that way. Don't believe anyone who tells you their maid service has gone flawlessly--it is just not possible for any service to parachute into your world without some adjustment and correction. That said, we have been with Rain City not just because of the current excellent results, but because they were/are responsive to developments along the way that were necessary to calibrate to our home and our expectations.
