The owner / doctor is racist
Staff cold and unhelpful. Rigid policies for their convenience, not the patients. After informing me that there would be a wait of almost 2 hours, demanded I sit in my car (I was there just for a covid test and they wouldn't accept an appointment) rather than go and come back in an hour or they would refuse to test me. I left and will never go back - a health care facility should at least have pleasant and helpful staff, who apply policies reasonably.
I hate writing negative reviews, truly, but I'm doing this to help other patients who might be looking for compassion from the staff after being required to wait for hours in their car, for services. Professional, courteous, and caring staff.
I was very pleased with my visit to this clinic yesterday. I went there because I have recently moved back to Santa Fe and was unable to find a practitioner who would see me without a lengthy delay. The staff was friendly, professional and competent. The FNP who saw me, Mr Stevens, was compassionate and helpful, and resolved my problem promptly. I recommend this clinic without any reservations.

I went to Railyard Urgent Care last night and I couldn't be happier with my visit. Staff was so wonderful to me and they saw me very quickly. They found the issue that doctors before never found and last night was my first pain free night in so long. I am so grateful I chose to go there. They were so kind and considerate. I will never go anywhere else for Urgent Care.
They were friendly staff. Kathy the Front Desk clerk was very sweet. We got dropped off for my daughter to be seen at the urgent care before closing time. After my daughter got seen, Kathy allowed us to stay and wait for our ride inside even though UC was closed for the night. It was a cold night. I am thankful for her and the other staff for letting us stay inside to be warm.
