The owner / doctor is racist
Staff cold and unhelpful. Rigid policies for their convenience, not the patients. After informing me that there would be a wait of almost 2 hours, demanded I sit in my car (I was there just for a covid test and they wouldn't accept an appointment) rather than go and come back in an hour or they would refuse to test me. I left and will never go back - a health care facility should at least have pleasant and helpful staff, who apply policies reasonably.
I hate writing negative reviews, truly, but I'm doing this to help other patients who might be looking for compassion from the staff after being required to wait for hours in their car, for services.
