Great to deal with, convenient location and nice clean units.
Storage units are fine but their billing practices are deceptive. Any time you change your billing info, your autopay is turned off, then you receive a past due notice with a late fee and lien fee. The first time this happened, I was told that I "turned off" my autopay, then it happened a second time when I changed my credit card info, so I knew for sure that autopay wasn't changed on my end. It's such a poor business practice and very annoying that they don't do anything to fix this or reach out to their customers to let th... read more
We rented a storage unit for my mother in law. Being 2 hours away, Chad was great from the initial contact of setting us up with one, all the way until we cleaned it out. Customer service is phenomenal. Always a call back same day if he didn’t answer and never had any issues with the facility itself. Would definitely recommend them!
