Storage units are fine but their billing practices are deceptive. Any time you change your billing info, your autopay is turned off, then you receive a past due notice with a late fee and lien fee. The first time this happened, I was told that I "turned off" my autopay, then it happened a second time when I changed my credit card info, so I knew for sure that autopay wasn't changed on my end. We rented a storage unit for my mother in law. Being 2 hours away, Chad was great from the initial contact of setting us up with one, all the way until we cleaned it out. Customer service is phenomenal. Always a call back same day if he didn’t answer and never had any issues with the facility itself. Would definitely recommend them!

Easy move in and out. Somebody was always available when we had questions or needed help. Unit was clean. If we ever need extra storage again, we will definitely be returning!
